Heartfelt (if a little backhanded) kudos
The podcast makes best use of Chris’ talents- acerbic, but also curious and passionate about food and cooking. Like the recipes, his style is far from the watery, lukewarm, or overly salty content available elsewhere. Milk Street Radio offers a rich, varied menu that packs deep flavor and satisfies the soul. His guests and cast push him and us out of our comfort zone and into the deliciousness of the world.
