Baby steps!
I am a 22 year old college student who never would have thought to listen to podcast. To be honest it sounded boring to me, but the podcast about changing external to help internal was a great slap in the face for me. I have brought anxiety upon myself for my un organization skills. Needless to say, I was driving in my dirty car and I pulled over to the nearest car wash and took car of that first then moved on to my room. I am working in baby steps rather than trying to tackle everything at once.
