Pleasantly surprised...
I was really hoping that Jesse Brown would take the opportunity to show some broader diversity when choosing the hosts for the Commons; I really wanted to see a smart woman as part of this dialogue, and still think that was a miss. With that being said, I’m duly impressed with the thoughtfulness, sensibilities and articulation of issues of gender and race privilege and the awareness that Desmond and Andray bring to the discussion.

One of the hosts was basically saying he wouldn’t vote because he felt that he didn’t fully believe in any of the political leaders. I find the constant poking fun at each other of the hosts terribly annoying and the overall level of the discourse a little juvenile.
