I love this podcast and will miss listening to it and Kat. Hopefully it will be, albeit in a different form, back soon.

I’m not a chef or in the food industry at all and I love this show. The guests are awesome and the content is great.

Communal Table is a wonderful podcast for those who are neurodiverse and/or food industry employed. The personal stories from food and restaurant industry players (and from Food and Wine senior editor/host Kat Kinsman) are more like chatting with a friend than a self-help show; it’s a charming...Read full review »

Kat consistently brings issues and ideas to light that are typically glossed over in the food world.

Truly at the top of my list for food related podcasts. The most recent interview with Kim Severson is amazing, so fierce, touching and relatable. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 30+ years, and every episode has been expansive and cathartic for me in some way.

I just finished listening to your Nancy Silverton episode. I begged for a copy of Breads from LaBrea Bakery when it was first published, then was intimidated by the process of making sourdough starter. After hearing your interview with her, I’m inspired. Thank you for a entertaining and...Read full review »

Kat I love this podcast. I love food history and learning about the people behind these great restaurants. I really enjoy how you address real issues and are empathic to the African American community, the interaction is not elitess in nature and very approachable . I hope to meet you one day....Read full review »

I'm giving this a five star review because I like the idea of this podcast and it has great potential. The episodes are way too long, though. They obviously aren't edited at all because the guest goes on and on and on. The volume levels are so different between the host and guest so I...Read full review »

I love the podcast, but it has been hard to hear these past couple of episodes. I have to turn the volume all the way up 😔

The Sesame Street music in this episode and the lady’s voice sounds like a librarian and the ladies from is the SNL Show mocking NPR. Too many food podcasts are uppity and make it seem like everything food is for the upper echelon of society and they’ll talk like this and have their pinky finger...Read full review »

Please make these more succinct. Anything over an hour is too long. Please adjust volume. Many of us listen on our commute. I literally have to turn this all the way up to hear.

If you’re not taking good care of yourself at the moment, it helps to listen to people who have learned to.

Kat Kinsman, you are an amazing interviewer. Your podcasts are so human and kind. Thank you for striking the gentle balance between host and guest and giving what feels like a gift to listeners.

Love this. Two of my favorite things in a conversational format. Good questions. Great conversation.
