I'm really enjoying this podcast! I too really love READING cookbooks like novels and particular enjoy it when they add stories about the recipes, where they originated, where they were first made, and more. The stories are like another ingredient...an essential ingredient that takes a recipe over the top! Trying to entice a group of friends to do a Cookbook Club i.e. select a cookbook and cook/bake several recipies from it and come together to share those dishes. It's definately something on my "to do" list! Keep up the great job and thank you!!! Monica from the San Francisco Bay AreaRead full review »

I really enjoy the array of information presented here about all things cookbooks. It’s very inspirational to anyone who may have aspirations to write a cookbook in that challenging market. Green is such a go-to expert and a very fun, grounded expert host. Highly recommend :)
