A few months ago I sat down with my brother Ryan 'Stag' O'Connor and had the privilege of being a guest on The Stag Roar Podcast.
Stag and I played footy together at Hautapu Rugby Club in Cambridge and he's helped me get things up and running with my podcast. If you don't know him he's a proper legend, he's notched up over 200 episodes already and his topics are epic.
We touch on a lot of things about childhood and my Rugby journey, but mostly we cover the transition to King's College, University and my Professional Rugby Career.
