Welcome back to the CRM Podcast - a Podcast that highlights the mental struggles athletes face in the professional arena. The first episode done on video and the first of 2022. The relentless pressure of professional Rugby as an 18 year old was something that Los struggled with early on and it eventually made him fall out of love with the game. He explains how this came to be, and more so how he dealt with it. We talk about the transition to St Kentigern and the struggles that came it. We...

A few months ago I sat down with my brother Ryan 'Stag' O'Connor and had the privilege of being a guest on The Stag Roar Podcast. Stag and I played footy together at Hautapu Rugby Club in Cambridge and he's helped me get things up and running with my podcast. If you don't know him he's a proper legend, he's notched up over 200 episodes already and his topics are epic. We touch on a lot of things about childhood and my Rugby journey, but mostly we cover the transition to King's College,...

Hey guys - I had the privilege of having a korero with the brother Jordan from Code With Kingi Podcast. We talk all things about my childhood and how I grew up shaping me to have the values that make me, me and a big emphasis on my journey at King's College from a small rural town in South Taranaki. Jordy is a well spoken lad and someone I've got a lot of time for. Go and check him out on Spotify and Apple Podcasts!

A quick 9 minute episode to tribute my brother Seanyboi.  What you did for me as an 18 year old Māori boy in a Professional Rugby environment was massive. Thank you. Speaking about it helped me get things off my chest and made me feel better talking about my memories with him - if any of the boys want to do the same in the form of a podcast lets make it happen. Love you my brother - Moe mai ra!

This episode is an exhibition episode where Ice gives me half an hour of his time to smack out a Q+A with him. I decided on Q+A as it's his favourite type of podcasting, but it also gave me the opportunity to cover a lot of different topics at once.   This episode consists of 6 categories in Generic, Personal, YKTR, Sports, This or That and Quick Fire. I wanted to give Ice the opportunity to talk about stuff he's hasn't ordinarily said on another podcast. Grateful for the time he allocated...

Over the last month I've been drawing inspiration from the people around me, my environment and my possessions.  Something that's important to you may not be important to me; it's subjective. But if it's important to you then it matters! Inspiration for me comes from family and friends, music, my ute and my Podcast equipment. Inspiration can be seen as an outlet - a positive place to outlet negative emotions. Find these things for you and you'll be a happier person in my opinion.  Enjoy!

Disclaimer: This is my opinion only! Off the back of Quade Cooper's comeback performance against South Africa, I wanted to highlight the positives and negatives of Noah Lolesio getting benched by the Wallabies. The media put a negative spin on these things but this is a positive one. In summary: - Noah is 21 years old playing International Rugby, give the kid a break. He's done really well fitting into the Wallabies mould the last few seasons. - The Commentators need to be better. Ex-All...
