“Seriously?? How are these stories even remotely interesting? This podcast started out with some incredible stories of luck, coincidence, bravery and courage. Now it is completely mundane everyday stories with some added production.”

“Cannot deal with the over-produced background music/sounds. Absolutely distracting and makes it hard to focus and listen. A shame because the stories read to be interesting in the bio but there just to much going on with the audio”

“Update - now that theme song is gone, it’s practically perfect.
——-
Lovely stories completely ruined by the obnoxious theme song. Anxiety inducing and totally mismatched to the gentle storytelling of this pod. Trying to punish those of us who drop off with a loud unpleasant wake up perhaps?...”Read full review »

“So good. Glad the theme music is gone though. I think it suits to not have a theme song given every the stories are so unique and diverse. Not sure one song would properly capture the ‘vibe’ of each story”

“Craig might have survived the mine good for him I guess. Ultimately he comes across as very a privileged guy, that’s not very good at self reflection or caring about much other than his own prosperity.”

“I’m an abc podcast addict, from all in the mind, mindfully and Judith Lucy but gotta say days like these is my favourite. Argh so addictive, I’ve finished all episodes so now awaiting more. Through the stories I felt so many emotions, such connection to the story teller, marvelling at their story...”Read full review »

“Always have loved the stories, the way they are told is riveting and fresh. I thoroughly enjoy all episodes except for the music. I always turn it down when it comes on, it’s quite disturbing. Would love if it could be changed !!!!”

“Came across this podcast series accidentally. Was so moved by the first story I heard, ‘Jaleh’s Drive For Freedom’. Jaleh Misaghi is a real inspiration. Definitely following. ❤️”
