Like “Being Home”
This podcast has been a godsend because I’ve been told DBT would be really good for me, but it is impossible to find anybody who accepts medical insurance that does DBT. Using this podcast (and soon their book because I just bought it), I will be able to try to do the work!! The host of the show are 100% real and honest. They are quirky and caring just like me!

This provides a good review of DBT but the low volume on Kate is so low it sounds like she us mumbling. Both Kate and Michelle are warm, calm, and supportive in their discussions on DBT, and they have a great rapport together. The host’s mouth noises are disgusting. She sounds like she is eating peanut butter or is highly dehydrated. The gross lip snacking is too much for me. Hydrate yourself !
