I love this podcast and how brave people are to talk about loss, something Irish people struggle to talk about. Some of the stories are heartbreaking 💔

Grief is a subject rarely touched on everyone experiences it but it’s so personal, the guests on this podcast speak so beautifully, there are times I’d wish Brian would stop jumping in like he knows the people personally and let the guests tell their stories but other wise a beautifully done podcast

Beautifully told story about Kate and her family. Thinking of her little girl. Having followed Sarah for many years it was surprising to hear her PND diagnosis and her fears before the birth of her twins. Finally the uncomfortable conversations are being had, & we are better for having them, our feeling will only kill us if we keep them in.... “ expression is the opposite of depression “ Edith Eger. This is blessed work in my view.

Let’s face it, this is a tough subject at the best of times.
