After cutting his teeth in his father’s hospitality business, Mischa Topp (Toddy Shop) yearned to explore the culture and cuisine of his mother – Kerala, India. Taking a deep dive into his heritage over many years, and learning the nuances of the cuisine he returned to Melbourne where he now runs one of the busiest holes in the wall in Melbourne, serving up his much-loved Keralan cuisine.
