“I wish I could turn back time and not listen to the episode titled “how to sleep well”. As someone struggling with insomnia since childhood, listening to someone talking about the horrible consequences of not sleeping, and sleep as a choice is extremely frustrating. I am doing everything recommended, but I cannot get rid of this problem. Somehow you missed that insomnia for many people is about the anxiety about not sleeping. Therefore an episode exaggerating that anxiety is just mean and clearly not made by someone with any meaningful understanding about insomnia. Insensitive and not helpful at nest, harmful at worst.”
