“"Deliver Us" is deeply honest, brave, and profoundly moving. All of the episodes lead to a much better understanding of the appalling sex abuse crisis in the Catholic Church. As a non_Catholic and a journalist, I have deep respect for the reporting and truthtelling here. Each episode is well-edited. The music is beautiful and at times haunting. Told from the perspective of a Catholic woman who is both saddened and outraged by the scandal, we learn first-hand of the suffering of victims, the horrendous behavior of some clergy, and attempts within the Church to learn vital lessons from what has happened.
