Open your heart and mind with Scott’s Podcast
This is one of my favourite podcasts! I genuinely look forward to every episode because I know that I am going to learn something new and come away feeling inspired. Scott’s passion and energy is like a breath of fresh air - weirdly and wonderfully his voice travels as though he’s with you on your own life journey which is beautiful, especially if you’re having a down day! I admire his knowledge and approach on mental health topics, he is eloquent and honest which makes this podcast most authentic. The episodes also pull in a range of other topics that affect our mental health and I am always learning something from each one! They open up your mind in a way that encourages us to ask important questions about ourselves and the world we live in and explores ways in which we can we can connect in a more meaningful, balanced and healthier way - mentally and physically. If you also need some laughter, Scott’s got that too - this podcast will make you smile for sure. I have always been able to resonate with Scott’s own experiences and I’ve followed his brilliant work for a long time now, which continues to help me with my own mental health. Thank you to Scott for the amazing work that goes into producing each episode I will always be listening! :)

I love listening to Scott’s podcasts - they just get better and better! His interviews are a perfect combination of humour and important information. I am always excited to expand my way of thinking with each episode. We need more of this kind of dialogue around mental health!
