“I found this podcast a while ago but have only just gotten around to listening, now I’m addicted and am binge-listening to all the episodes while cooking or driving or cleaning..
Desert island dishes has been a game I have played for years. I work as a private chef so naturally I’m interested in what are people’s ideas of their ultimate dishes and meals. I’m also incredibly indecisive so my own preferences do change somewhat and if Margie were to interview me it would be quite tortuous to have to decide the answer to the seemingly straightforward question of what is my favourite sandwich.
It’s really lovely to listen to so many diverse guests as to their best meals and tastes of childhood are, as well as stories from their life.
Really well done Margie and I can’t wait to hear more episodes! (Oh and have started to follow you on instragram)
