“I have been listening to Megan’s podcast for quite some time. I am so grateful for all the information that she shares. It has made an enormous difference in my life. I only wish that so many others who struggle with weight loss could find the podcast, listen carefully, and take to heart all that she shares. I know that we all want a “fast fix” but if we want permanent results, eventually we will have to quit looking for the quick answers and accept that we must take care of our whole self, doing the “basics” as Megan calls them. Get steps, be intentional and prepared about meals, get good night’s sleep, build some muscle - not like a maniac - learn to deal with stress and eliminate stress that we can eliminate.”
