Practical and Insightful
I’m a certified CX professional, member of the CXPA, and CX practitioner since 2012. Followed and listened to many CX podcasts, but this is definitely the best of all. Guests have credibility and recognised success. And the conversations always go to practical tips and tricks, strategies, etc. The “environment” is also one of trust, meaning guest are not afraid to share real-life success and failure, which is always very insightful
