Do you label your foods “good” or “bad?” Honestly most of us do to some degree or another. And if you don’t, you’ve surely heard your Aunt Nancy saying she couldn’t possibly eat a cookie because she had already been so “bad” today having eaten a donut earlier. Or perhaps you’ve said “I’ve been good because I  had a salad–I deserve that treat” Any time you label your food, you inadvertently label yourself–and this is just not true. You are neither good nor bad for eating certain foods.  In this episode, I am going to tell you the three categories of foods you may want to skip–you don’t have to call them bad, but you’ll want to stop eating them.
