I came over to the podcast due to Christine’s popular Substack, and the expert advice continues. Christine makes me see the world in a new way, and I walked away from my first episode with things I could put into action immediately.

I’ve tuned into several episodes of Edit Your Life and I’ve quickly become a fan. I call it my ‘Goldilocks’ podcast because—for me—it has that ‘just right’ mix of ‘expert insights’ AND the ‘real life actions’ we can all take toward shaping a life that more closely aligns to what we want. As well,...Read full review »

The presenters talk well about the subjects and have insightful conversations, but most of the episodes are targeted at a parenting issue, so not really how the podcast is described.

I was wary because I don’t have kids and didn’t know how parent-focused the episodes would be - but there is a ton of gold in this pod, and Christine (and Asha!) are so soothing. I love the interviews, all of the discussions and micro-tips…can’t stop, won’t stop! I just skip the kid-focused...Read full review »

Found the podcast spring 2022 with the Couch to People’ing Training Plan episode and have been hooked ever since. Great topics and guests, the host speaks to my nerdy data side (can you say spreadsheet) while going through many of the same stages.

Just listened to my first episode today and LOVE how Christine breaks down editing into a manageable task that I can “take away” from the episode ! Also love how relatable she is. Looking forward to listening to older episodes I’ve missed!

Very much a waste of time, just them talking about themselves. Nothing inspiring or incitful nor educational.

I randomly stumbled upon this podcast and I’m so glad I did.
