Mostly enjoyable but at times cringeworthy
So being the right age most of the stories in the podcast are of great interest and I am a Heaven 17 fan so it should be up my street. When Martyn actually listens to the answers given and doesn’t make it about himself it’s great but very often it’s more about him which after so many episodes is pretty annoying. Can’t quite figure out what a Vagan is? Is it like a vegan?? And Martyn we know you are a socialist you really don’t have to bang on about it every episode. So much potential if he just stops making it about himself and his opinions, oh and we get it you don’t like Depeche Mode (probably the most successful electronic band ever) I suspect a little bit of jealousy perhaps?

Definitely wants to be seen as hip and outrageous at times, shame, because it’s very...Read full review »
