New Episodes Are Just Ok
I used to love this podcast. Now episodes feel flat and stagnant. I personally used to love the emphasis on Women’s strength and nutrition from an evidence based perspective. Motivated
I listened to the podcast when Mary was on it and liked it but I find it so much better with the new cohost. She sounds more positive and there’s a good flow between the two. I’m excited to get back into lifting and continue listening to the podcast. It always motivates
