Because fear is uncomfortable & often keeps us stuck, blocking us from moving, it’s easy to see fear as the “bad guy” & people often talk about fear as a “bad feeling” or a “negative emotion” – or even weakness. A more useful view is that fear, like all emotions, is a message – insight from yourself to yourself that you need to pay attention to.
