“I’ve been yo-yo dieting my entire life, tried every diet and workout trend out there and I’ve never been successful at making a sustainable lifestyle change. There is so much noise surrounding the fitness and nutrition world that I have always felt incredibly overwhelmed, and being overwhelmed leads to failure. “Carbs are bad, grains are bad, dairy is bad, EVERYTHING IS BAD!!” Then there’s the exercise part of things…”Lose belly fat by doing this exercise! Cardio is the only way to lose weight! All you have to do is balance hormones, you don’t need to exercise!!” I pretty much gave up on ever figuring things out. Then I found Eric on tiktok. Then I found his YouTube channel and now his podcasts. I cannot believe how much I have learned, and now I have a fire lit under my butt!! Every time I listen or watch, I’m reminded that I can do this! Anyone can! I reached out to him for coaching and now I’m working with Linda who is one of the coolest people I’ve ever met and I’m learning a ton from her as well. I’m so excited to see what I will accomplish with their help! It’s undoubtedly going to be life changing!”
