You could think of wellness as one end on the “Health” continuum (with illness on the other side), or use the analogy of your wellness as your body’s retirement fund. It’s important to make deposits while you can! This episode will unpack those two ideas in ways that help you rethink how to achieve wellness in your life.
Most of us know what to do, but we have a hard time doing it - mainly because our old habits and thought patterns get in the way. One of the things that has helped me is daily reminders!
