We’ve all heard how practicing gratitude boosts our mental health and happiness.  It’s like nutrition for our minds. This episode shares two other practices that boost health and happiness, and take your gratitude to a whole new level. You’ll learn about “mental subtraction” and how easy it is to implement, along with the practice of sharing your wins, which provides you with a way to measure your progress.
