Lucid and interesting
Came across these podcasts late last year and have found them to be of a consistently high standard. The author/speaker combines wide historical knowledge with a light touch to narrate and illuminate various aspects of 20th century history, especially fascist Italy, Germany and the Soviet Union. But its not a rehash of standard themes, the author sheds new light and perspective on each subject discussed. And discussed is the word. He appears to be speaking freely to the mic, not reading from a script. Highly recommended.

A couple were good but many are terrible in presentation. Not everyone can did a podcast and this proves it despite my really wanting to like the content.
