This is part I of our conversation with Laura; Founder of The bug picture. We discuss insects as a sustainable protein alternative in animal feeds. She tells us about their work in regenerative agriculture using Black Soldier Flies larvae to compost organic waste in the home to get bio-fertilizers. The larvae can then be harvested and used as livestock feed. She is also working to mainstream use of desert locusts in animal feed production to mitigate losses to farmers.  Find out more about...
