I’ve been listening to the podcast for a while now and shows I missed in the past, I’ve gone back and listened to. So much good content on all aspects of getting fitter and faster. From on the bike, off the bike and in the kitchen, they offer so much good content you can put into practice to make yourself a better athlete. With their common mantras of “FTFP”, “winning in the kitchen (and grocery store)”, “TSTWKT”, “cry in the dojo” and more, they are able to illustrate that it’s not one aspect of your life that will impact your performance, but all the pieces together, that when manage correctly will get you the performance you want. Trust the process and the results will follow. Everything they preach is in their plans. Just feel yourself getting faster.

This is a great podcast and is on my must listen to list every week. Very informative, great content and hosts and the training information and suggested plans are awesome.

I have just listened to the building a big base with sweetspot pod. Sadly it rambles, the source references are often forgotten or under elaborated. I should have switched off when they state LSD is so 19th century. Sweeping statements but empty ones.

Frank does a great job of being both informative and keeping it not too heavy- bite size nuggets of wisdom about training, strength, nutrition, recovery and keeping it all fun at the same time- good job!
