This was amazing. Enjoyed the episode about dirty rest. What you said about watching tv and scrolling though phone at the same time - convincing myself I’m resting. It’s true ! I am also afraid of wasted time. It’s time to change the mindset. Love that you have a podcast and can’t wait for more !!!
