Highly recommend!
I listen to one episode every 1 or 2 days when I walk my dog. Out of all the podcasts I have listened to, I have stuck with this one the most because of the tips and tricks to deal with common problems (anxiety, stress, guilt, etc) in such short episodes! I also love Vickie’s voice, diction and perspective on life! I have shared this with many of my friends and would recommend this podcast to anyone.

I like that this podcast has short sessions, but you can learn a lot, compared to other podcasts that take over an hour and are very repetitive. Here the name says all about the guiding subject.
