“I like that this podcast has short sessions, but you can learn a lot, compared to other podcasts that take over an hour and are very repetitive. Here the name says all about the guiding subject. Learning how anxieties work, that they are a normal function of the brain and how to cope with them, helped me to accept myself a bit more.”
