Krista gave a lot of good information about a not so easy subject. Our bodies are amazing and we need to listen to them more instead of running to a doctor for a quick diagnosis and a prescription. Great way to better learn to understand your cravings.

Krista has a wealth of information that I can relate to. The podcasts are easy to listen to and interesting. I highly recommend them to anyone, no matter where they are on their spiritual or physical journey.
