Best CBT-podcast I’ve found so far with actual coping skills that work and the truth behind what works for mood disorders, dysfunctional relationships and unhealthy habits/addictions. Not the quick fix solution, though; this is the actual methods that work. Freeing with a truthful and down-to-earth, highly competent CBT-framework - applicable to everyone. I have used Dr. Burns tools since I attended a workshop and bought the Therapists toolkit in the early 1990's and have had great outcomes with most of my clients.Thsi podcast is a great introduction to the tools and a wonderful refresher for me.
