Come for the yoga, stay for the conversation
This may not be what you think it will be. Harmony has tons of yoga knowledge and many years of experience, which all comes through, but it’s really the relationship between her and Russell (her husband) that often takes center stage. They are the couple you want to be seated near at a dinner party. And since there are no dinner parties right now, “Finding Harmony” does quite nicely.

I love listening to the Finding Harmony Podcasts. The interviewees have such rich and fascinating stories to tell, and the interviewers are terrific, so smart and funny (real “salt of the earth” types ;). These episodes are music to my ears, and I am sure that they will delight others too!

I enjoy listening to the interviews especially with the old time practitioners during a long car ride. It makes the commute much shorter.
