Daily Motivation
I've been a consistent listener for the last 6 months and can't stress enough how motivating this podcast is! Josh and Kyle are constant adding value, not just with their workout tips but their insight on great books to read, high-protein snacks (the Quest peanut butter cups have become a staple in my house), and even on how you can stay motivated when you're managing difficult periods in life.
