Amazing podcast
Look, I am a 89 year old boy who has had the bad mind set for all me life when i know i have all the potential in the world and this podcast has really made me realize that I still got it in m to get bigger stronger faster so I can be in the best position shape and Ive the best mindset that i can have now for the past 2 weeks, I go walk in the morning and Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do chair yoga and then on Tuesday and Thursday I have water arobics, and on top of that i have my wheaties every day, But for the past 2 weeks I've gone home and weight lift for 2 and a half hours every day this podcast has lit a fire under my butt to get of my bed while playing games instead now I go mall walking in my free time. This has totally change my mindset and my physical appearance tremendously. I love this podcast!!!!Read full review »
