She is the owner of Ascension Growth Center, PLLC which is located in North Carolina. As a United States Air Force veteran, she primarily serves Black and BIPOC women and the LGBTQ+ community. She is the author of her memoir, "What Children Remember," contributing author in the anthology " She Lives Her Truth", and host of the podcast " When We Speak".
