In this episode I talk about 2 different desserts that NEED to be chilled ahead of time, and therefore hopefully you can be chilled, too! The first is a classic 2-ingredient chocolate mousse (gluten free, dairy free, nut free), just made with eggs and chocolate. Today I'm sharing no less than FIVE sweet muffin recipes that I strongly believe in, from one with 627 five star reviews to those I've dreamed up and adapted myself.  My findings? Crumble toppings and using sour cream in the batter both work SO well.
