Jill Bolte Taylor - amazing. Is Humanity going to make it - terrific. Just what I needed after a particularly torrid time, with everything being out of kilter. Life is all about attitude (& love!). Keep up the good work as so shall I. All the best, an Englishman in France.

I got hooked after listening to Arman interview Kevin Kelly. Just listened to Episode 91 & loved when Mo mentioned the 6 Elements of Influence - Likability, Reciprocity, Scarcity, Authority, Social Proof, Commitment > Specifically using our innate nature/expertise to give instead of take...Read full review »

It’s 5:10 pm. You just left work. Just like the other 9999 cars in front of you. The radio host is talking about how we all got addicted to technology and how it separated us. How it made us lonelier. The traffic is too heavy so you pull out your phone. The first post you see is a quote:...Read full review »

I am so impressed with the depth of conversation that Arman continues to showcase in each episode. He gets past surface level conversations quickly and he is just a fantastic interviewer. As his title suggests he gets into flow and helps his guest get into a state of flow. I am very impressed!

Really enjoying the openness and honesty of these conversations. Something to learn from every person and situation and Arman has a way of spinning it so all the options are exposed. Often surprising and generally delightful!

Arman brings a refreshing take to podcasting. I usually hear the typical origin stories of the guests people bring on to their show and it’s usually the same conversation as what I would listen to in another podcast. Arman doesn’t do that. He asks thought provoking questions people don’t normally...Read full review »

I have always loved lists. I am a visual learner. I could never get truly organized, and I frequently switched “techniques” to try to get organized. I came across Arman for the first time thanks to his copywriting course. It brings one back to centre, I have found, raises important...Read full review »

I appreciate this ad on to the journal itself. It’s not just about managing my day, it’s about managing it in a way that helps me create Flow. I was expecting was an insightful take. What I got was a not very bright, egotistical guy with no original ideas talking to Millennials as if what he has to say is new just because they may not have heard it before. Shame on you!

I enjoyed Arman’s podcast. Seems like a down to earth guy, but with great information to share about success and challenges. I really connected with the ideas around that consistent need for achievement. Never been a “planner” person, but I’m enjoying the FLOW system.
