Listening to Rhiannon discuss how we should not demonize any foods has really helped me achieve my goals on losing weight. I play badminton with the national team in my country and got up to 195lbs during my years at university and I felt so awful for so long. Transitioning back to becoming healthy was much more enjoyable than I ever thought. I lost 30lbs by just understanding carbs isn't the enemy. For years I've tried minimizing carbs..it's all about staying in your caloric limit and keeping consistent and trusting the process. No food is the enemy, portion controls is your best friend.
