“It is so hard to know what advice to listen to and what is true when it comes to food. It is especially confusing when overeating and binging are a big problem for you. There are many contradicting and extremely restrictive approaches. I am such a fan of the way Kelly teaches freedom around food. It is everything I needed to hear after years of cycling between binging and restricting. This is the first time I have heard someone say that it doesn’t work to completely restrict the foods you love. When I heard that, I knew it was true because I have cut out my trigger foods completely so many times only to bring them back into my life with a vengeance, and I have done this over and over and over again.
