Nutrition refers to the science of nutrients and their relationship to health and disease. It involves understanding the essential components of a balanced diet, including macronutrients, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals), water and dietary fiber. My undergrad degree is in Human Nutrition & Foods. I studied 4 years all about nutrition, so of course I could not narrow this topic down to just 21 questions. So tune in next week for part two!
