Modern, progressive & so sorely needed!
This new podcast from Traci Fenton & her business WorldBlu packs so much wisdom, guidance & actionable insight into short, easy listening bursts, it is quite a beauty to behold. What is truly beautiful is the discussion with Garry Ridge of WD-40. The CEO of a publicly traded, global enterprise, he talks about leaders needing to get "comfortable with vulnerability" and "when someone else's happiness is your happiness, that's love." This is not a Mills & Boon novel. This is caring, inclusive, people-centric business sense that delivers the metrics. Many WorldBlu orgs achieve 7X turnover growth vs the S&P 500 over a 3 year window. I have been impressed by WorldBlu over the past 2 years since learning about them, but these initial podcasts add further fuel to a democratic model that the world needs, that our organisations need & that we all need as individuals. You will not be disappointed to subscribe to this podcast. I have taken so much away and I am sure you will too.Read full review »
