Jessica has got to go.
Hemant is a pillar of the atheist community. He acts as a source of information for most other atheist podcasts. By doing so, the nonbelieving community is in debt to him. Listening to his thoughtful insight is almost like getting a preview of all the other atheist podcasts I will listen to throughout the week. Without the Friendly Atheist, none of the other podcasts would exist. However, Jessica makes listening to his podcast almost impossible. Please understand that this comment is not about her politics. In general, I agree with her views. This comment is about her presentation. Suppose you want to listen to someone shout like a banshee at volumes that will draw blood from your ears, constantly interrupt the host, make broad sweeping generalizations about cops and white men, and make everything about themselves. In that case, Jessica is the host for you. Her immature, unprofessional manner in which she presents some of the best points results in her losing credibility and embarrassing herself, the podcast, and the atheist community as a whole. I'm going to keep listening because of Hemant. I just wish I could get a version with Jessica’s obnoxious, bloodcurdling laughing and screaming edited out.Read full review »

This is a great podcast with great interviews and guests. The presenters have a relaxed style but always ask interesting questions. I like the way that they occasionally talk about politics and how it affects the separation of powers.

If you are an atheist, agnostic, skeptic, or critical thinker and have been looking for a podcast that covers this genre in a calm, rational way, look no further. Always in my "must listen to list".Read full review »
