“I am a longtime listener of the podcast, and I usually enjoy it. The episode aired on Nov. 2, 2023, A Compounding Crisis in Gaza, was very disturbing.
The reporting was completely one sided. There was no mention, ZERO, of the massacre executed by Hamas on Oct 7, or why Israel is currently on the offensive in Gaza.
Another very troubling point, was almost a throw away from the host. He said, ‘there are other issues about what happens to the aid when entering Gaza, but let’s talk about’ more hardship caused by Israel…
There are real concerns about how much of the aid is taken by Hamas, but NO mention of that.
The casualties on both sides is terrible, but to ignore the role that Hamas plays in the on-going crisis is disgraceful.
Lastly, there is no mention of rockets and missiles still being fired from Gaza, which also causes significant casualties and distruction within Gaza (from misfires). Only calls for Israel to cease operations.
I hope I never hear such a one-sided, misguided episode again.”
