We want to personally invite you to an HRN event Mary Izett will be participating in on Wednesday, March 8 at 6:00 PM in Brooklyn. Have you ever made your own probiotic drinks? Sourdough? Kraut? Yogurt? Whether you’re an expert or, you’re simply curious to explore these ancient fermentation techniques, this event is for you. Hosted by Harry Rosenblum,of HRN’s Time for Lunch and Feast Yr Ears, this program is all about exploring our modern relationship to ancient fermentation techniques and how to make them a part of your life. Mary and Harry will also be joined by Lily Harris, a Holistic Health Practitioner and recipe developer; and Peter Kim, the Founding Director of the Museum of Food and Drink. This the first in HRN’s Spring live event series taking place on the second Wednesday of each month through May at Farm to People Kitchen and Bar in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Each month, you can join the HRN community for expert panel discussions, hands-on workshops, tastings and live Q&A.
