“...the "Guy" literally spends half the podcast either plugging the sponsor, plugging the Quick 'n' Dirty network, or plugging himself, whether it's his newsletter or his Facebook and Twitter pages.
Credit the guy for knowing his stuff (his tip about walk-to-run ratios got me running again, without pain) and for covering topics other might not (what to do about loose skin after weight loss) -- but, to put it in fitness terms, the podcast is pretty flabby and could use some tightening up.
I know he has to address all those promotions, but he needs to figure out how to do it in a more artful way so the podcast is about the content and not the constant plugging. He might want to get some quick n' dirty tips from his network colleague, Grammar Girl.”Read full review »
