Changed a lot (or maybe it’s me)
I used to like listening to this podcast a lot but recent episodes became just toxic ranting. I get that some people need strict rules to cut people out to get away from the problem, but there seems to be lack of attention on taking personal responsibility, and intrinsic motivators. It’s incredibly self-centred to continuously blame others that they don’t meet your expectations. Most often it’s our own expectations that we can fix. If we don’t, the problem will always be there, regardless who is in front of you.
