Compose and improvise your own music
A little music theory has really helped to improve my composition and improv styles. I'm having so much fun jamming on the Pentatonic scale with Dave, Neil and Jimi on my ipod, that I've put away all my other music books. These set of podcasts are an excellent resource for an intermediate guitar player trying to USE the caged theory approach. A good example is how Desi Serna shows you positions of the major scales in his theory book, and demos practicing scales with popular songs. Thanks!
