“Great teaching from a knowledgeable and skilled teacher. Desi explains concepts clearly, gives you plenty of time and examples with which to digest them, and basically is a gifted and excellent teacher. He is obviously passionate about guitar, and I hope he keeps new ones coming! I am listening to his podcasts, taking lessons from a great guitarist (a student at USC Music school) and also listening to the podcast "Learn Jazz Piano", which is highly recommended as well. “Desi breaks it down into the basics of theory and shows you how to build it back up. He uses a few examples from radio hits to demonstrate how the theory has been applied before and he goes along at the right speed so your not lost OR bored.”
